    • Donna,
We carry the Peach Blossoms during the holiday season. We are hoping to have them very soon. We can certainly ship them to you. Give us a call (603) 926-5061 and we’ll be more than happy to take your order over the phone.

  1. I have moved to Florida and I would like to know if you can ship out the ribbon candy when it is in season It is my all time favorite ribbon candy Please let me know if you do and if you do when can I order that Thanks

  2. Hi

Just would like to know Is your all candies are without Egg. As I cannot see Ingredients on box or on your website. I am vegetarian and do not eat Egg at all.

  3. What are the ingredients of your dark chocolate? I want to know if it is Vegan, so no milk or egg products in it? We bought the dark chocolate lobsters, sand dollars and dark chocolate covered caramel with sea salt.

  4. I received some of your sugar free chocolate cherries for Christmas. My dog ate the last 2. Many sugar free candies contain xylitol which is toxic to dogs. I called and you were closed. Does your candy contain xylitol? Can you post the info on your website for future reference in similar situations?

    • David,
Here is the list of ingredients for the sugar free chocolate covered cherries: maltitol, maltitol syrup, cocoa butter, chocolate liquor, cherries (preserved with potassium sorbate, sodium benzonate and sulphur dioxide), sorbitol, calcium caseinate (milk), milkfat, soya lecithin (an emulsifier), natural and artificial flavors, citric acid, red 40, blue 1, sucralose (a non-nutritive sweetener). We hope this helps.

  5. Hi there,

Every Fall I look forward to your pumpkin caramels. I was wondering if you will be having those in stock again this year?

    Thank you!

  6. For such a fine candy shop advertised. I cannot understand why the owners of the shop would not pack there delicate old fashion sugar mints in a secure way instead they were tossed in a small white bag thrown in a big bag with a 1 pound box of salt water taffy. when I reached in the bag and took out the small bag I reached in and took a wafer then the next two wafers were small pcs as the 1st pc I took out of the bag. When I looked in the bag I noticed all I had was a bag of crumbs. I immediately within two minutes of leaving the store went in and they said I need to handle them more carefully because they were so delicate and they would not replace them or not even a sorry.
Too bad for this candy shop I will not purchase there ever again. I feel they failed to package them with care.

    • Ms. Bowen:
I am the owner of Sanborn’s Candies in Hampton, NH.
I am sorry your experience was unsatisfactory and do apologize.
In order for me to make sure this type of incidence does not happen again I would like to ask you more details about your visit.
Which location did you visit? Hampton Beach, Hampton (in town) or Plaistow, NH.
Do you recall the person who waited on you?
Once I have this information I will notify you and offer a replacement for your mints.
The practice at all of our locations is to pack the mints in a box for quantities of 1/2# or greater. Less than that, unless requested, any product goes into a white confectionery bag.
This information will help me to make sure this does not happen again.
I look forward to hearing you at your convenience.
      Bob Cooper, Owner/Partner

    • Gabby,
We are still looking for part time help after school and on weekends and through the summer as well. You have to be 15 to work here. If you’re interested please come into the store and fill out an application.

  7. To whom this may concern, I heard that you were looking for employees to hire. Are you still looking for employees and if so, how old do you have to be to work at Sanborn’s Candies? Thank you!

  8. Hi! I was wondering if you sell your Barley lobster pops through the website. I see they are available as part of a gift assortment, but I was hoping to purchase a bunch on their own. Thank you. 🙂

  9. I received a bag of brown striped round hard ginger candies as a gift. Could I get the ingredients – not allowed HFCS plus others and want to make sure Those ingredients aren’t in there.

  10. I’m trying to pre-order a one lb. box of Customized Sugar Free Chocolates to pick up at your Hampton Store on my way to visit a relative in Poplin Nursing & Rehabilitation facility in Sanborn NH. I have chosen my selections & want to pre-pay with my credit card. Your log in says I have an invalid email address & password?!!! What can I do? I have purchased online at many other stores for years, what is my problem with your site? Thank you.

P.S. I need these for a gift tomorrow.

    • Joanne,
We don’t have our website set up for customers to log in with an email address and password. The log in is for us, to access the website to make changes and adjustments.
If you would like to call or email us with the list of items you would like we will be happy to get have it ready for you to pick up at your convenience.

  11. I purchased white and milk chocolate discs to mold lollipop and a church forms and I melted the chocolate and put it in forms and it doesn’t harden. I have bought your product before and didn’t have this problem. Any suggestions? I melted them in cups in an electric pan at 225.

    • Diane,
The list of ingredients on the foil santas and bells is Milk Chocolate (sugar, milk cocoa butter, chocolate, soy lecithin, and vanilla. There is an allergy warning but it only mentions peanuts/tree nuts and nothing about gluten.

  12. I am trying to order 6 foil wrapped turkeys at 7.25 each. Unfortunately, in a box it says ‘purchase for $101.–. I have tried searching your site for a ‘cart’, so I can see why the total is so high, but am unable to. Help!

    • Germaine,
We don’t have a foil wrapped turkey that is priced at $7.25. There are two options, a 3.5 oz turkey that is priced at $7.75 and one that is 2.5 oz for $4.25. I checked them both on the website and didn’t have same the problem you described. If you were only ordering 6 there is no reason that the total should be $101. If you would like to try again, please feel free, or give us a call at the store at 1-800-926-5061 and you can place an order over the phone.

  13. I am looking for sugar candies in the shape of NH for wedding welcome bags. I see these as part of gift sets but would you offer just the candy and if so how much would 30 of these cost?

    • Melissa,
We do have a maple sugar New Hampshire. If you go to the maple sugar page, the second square down on the right side you will see a Maple New Hampshire on the top of the list. They are $3.25 each, so 30 will be $97.50. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

  14. Hello, I am on the hunt for a candy my husband used to love when he lived in Hampton as a child. They were called smarties and were disks of chocolate with some type of candy sprinkled on top. Does that ring a bell to you at all of what they could be? They were the size of a penny round.

    • Dan,
The salt water taffy we sell in the store we have made for us by a local company called Hilltop Candy Kitchen. They make our salt water taffy in the summer and our ribbon candy at the holidays.

  15. Hello, I was at Hampton beach today with my fiancĂ© and we stopped in your store located here. I was pretty disgusted with your staff. The three young ladies working once we walked in never greeted us which is fine however they never stopped their inappropriate conversation that insisted of comments such as “how did she did even get in college, she’s not smart” things of that nature. I do not know who it was regarding but I just found it inappropriate for them to be standing on the floor with customers there that they haven’t aknowledged, gossiping.
Secondly we purchased candy despite the employees and my fiancĂ© was very polite to the young lady who cashed out and before we even were out of your store we heard them mutter “he’s a jerk” the only thing I could imagine that comment was made for was a tip was not left. A tip would have been left but one of the employees was playing with the jar while continuing to gossip during checkout. Absolutely unacceptable. I just felt like you should know what’s happening at one of your locations. Very trashy.

  16. would it be possible to get 50 individually wrapped small chocolate lobsters for a party gift bag? If so, what is the cost. Thank you.
